On 8 July 2011, the Chinese Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) announced the 2011 second batch of export quota on non-ferrous metals. In accordance with the statement on MOFCOM website, the MOFCOM released 11 kinds of non-ferrous metal export quotas.

Comparing with the 2010 Second Batch of Export Quota on Non-ferrous Metal, 5 kinds of non-ferrous metal quotas are increased by the percent ranging from 4.9% to 30%.
