On 28 April 2011 the Permanent Delegation of the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu to the WTO announced a temporary import tariff reduction for certain products starting from 10 February 2011 and ending on 9 August 2011.
 
Durum wheat (HS 1001.10.00) from 6.5% to 3.25%
Other wheat and meslin (HS 1001.90.00) from 17.5% to 8.75%.
Wheat flour (HS 1101.00.10) from 7% to 3.5%
Manioc starch (HS 1108.14.10) from 20% to 10%, and
Milk and cream powder (HS 0402.10.00; 0402.21.00) from 10% to 7.5%.
 
UN comtrade statistics are not available for Chinese Taipei. Hence no affected trading partners could be enumerated.
