Import tariff

According to information verified by the Permanent Delegation of Turkeyto the WTO, the government of Turkey has declared the imports of wheat, oat and buckwheat duty free. Prior to the change the applied tariff had been 130 percent.
By virtue of the EU-Turkey Customs Union Agreement of December 22, 1995, the tariffs do not apply to products from EU member states.
