Anti-dumping

On 29 November 2011 the Turkish Ministry of Economy, through Communiqué no. 2011/21, imposed anti-dumping duties on imports of Dioctyl Phthalate originating from Romania. Individual duties for each exporting companies are 7.9 of the CIF price for S.C. OLTCHIM S.A. and for other exporters 8.3.
 
On 19 February 2011, the Turkish authorities initiated an anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of dioctyl ortophthalates "DOP" (HS 29173200) originating in Romania.
