In February 2011, the government of India initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and definitive duties were imposed in April 2012. In November 2017, the duty was terminated.

On 4 February 2011 the Indian authorities initiated an anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of phosphoric acid of all grades and all concentrations (excluding agriculture/fertilizer grade) originating in Israel and Chinese Taipei. The 8 digit HS code of the product is 2809 2010.
On 13 January 2012, a preliminary duty was imposed of US$260.28-236.83 per metric ton.
On 4 April 2012, the duty was made definitive and modified to an amount of US$174.06-194.51 per metric ton.
On 12 January 2017, the Indian Directorate General of Anti-dumping & Allied Duties, Ministry of Commerce and Industry initiated a sunset review of the anti-dumping duty imposed on the subject good from Israel and Chinese Taipei.
On 9 November 2017, the Indian Directorate General of Anti-dumping & Allied Duties, Ministry of Commerce and Industry terminated the above sunset review following the order of the Hon'ble High Court.
