Anti-dumping

On 22 December 2010 the European Commission terminated the anti-dumping investigation without imposing any measures.
On December 22, 2009 the European Commission initiated anti-dumping investigations concerning imports of of purified terephthalic acid and its salts of a purity by weight of 99.5% or more originating in Thailand. The investigation was opened following a complaint lodged on November 13, 2009 by BP Aromatics Limited NV and CEPSA Quimica S.A..
