Anti-dumping

On May 3, 2011 the European Commission imposed a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain plastic sacks and bags originating in China. For the duty rates, see source.

The European Commission had imposed a definitive anti-dumping duties on imports of certain plastic sacks and bags to the Union already by regulation (EC) No 1425/2006.

However, evidence pointed out that the remedial effects of the existing anti-dumping measures were not sufficient.
