On 16 August 2009, Israel initiated an anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of bituminous membranes originating from Greece and Italy. The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS code subheading: 6807.10.
On 25 May 2010, Israel imposed a provisional anti-dumping duty of 16% on the imports of the subject good from Italy. No duty was envisaged for imports of the subject good originating in Greece.
On 5 October 2011, the investigation was terminated without the imposition of duties on either of the countries investigated, due to a lack of evidence of dumping.
