On December 14, 2010, the Government of Argentina adopted reference prices applicable to the importation of 'Long pile' fabrics from China, Indonesia, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and other Asian countries.
The product subject to this measure is classified under the following tariff line of MERCOSUR's Harmonized System: 6001.10.20.
The measure took effect on 16 December 2010.
