Anti-dumping

On December 7, 2010, the Argentinian Ministry of Economy and Public Finance decided to initiate an anti-dumping investigation on imports of toilet linen (towels, even assorted or in sets) from Brazil (Resolution 234/2010, 07.12.2010).
The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS codes: 6302.6000, 6302.9100, 6302.9300, 6302.9910 and 6302.9990.
The investigation was ordered by the Argentinian Secretery of Industry and Trade himself. It started on the day following the publication of the resolution in the Official Journal of the Argentinian Republic, i.e. on December 15, 2010.
On June 21, 2012, the Argentinian authorities decided to terminate the investigation without imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty (Resolution 299/2012, 21.06.2012).
