Anti-dumping

On September 1st2010, Brazil made public throughthe President of CAMEX its decision to suspend the anti-dumping duties in force against the imports of Portland cement from Mexico and Venezuela.
 
The product is classified under the codes 2523.29.10 (common cement portland) and
2523.29.90 (other cement portland)ofMercosur Common Nomenclature (NCM).
 
The measure will be suspended until 27 October 2010.
On 26 July 2011 the measure was finally terminated because of the lapsing of the application period.
