On 9 August 2011 the European Commission announced the termination without duties of the anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of Tris(2-chloro-1-methylehyl)phosphate from China.
 
On 23 July 2010 the European Commission issued a notice of initiation of an anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of Tris(2-chloro-1- methylethyl)phosphate originating in the People's Republic of China (2010/C 201/05).
