Import tariff

The duties on wheat and wheaten flour have been increased from free of duty to 14.07/kgand 21.10/kg (both approximately 10% ad valorem), respectively. Imports of these items from the Southern Africa Development Community (SADC) remain free of duty.
 
Affected trading partners
The GTA retrieves its data on affected trading partners from UN Comtrade. However, for the year 2009, the database was not able to provide the affected trading partners for Botswana, Swaziland, and Lesotho.
