FDI: Entry and ownership rule

Between December 2009 and March 2010, the government of Australia removed the 25% cap on individual foreign investors in Qantas, and the 35% limit for total foreign airline holdings set in domestic air transportation companies.

This investment policy measure aims at improving the entry conditions for foreign investors.
