Anti-dumping

On 21 October 2010 Costa Rica terminated the anti-dumping investigation without measures concerning imports of canned tuna from Brazil and El Salvador.
 
On June 12, 2009 Costa Rica initiated an anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of canned tuna from Brazil and El Salvador.
