Internal taxation of imports

Decree No. 1069 of 20 October 2016 of the Government of the Russian Federation exempted from the payment of VAT as of 1 October 2016 the imports and sales of certain breeding animals (cattle, pigs, sheep, goats, horses, etc.)
Decree No, 1069 also abolishes the applied until the moment Decree No. 1435 of 20 December 2014 which imposed a 10% VAT rate.
