Export tax

On 16 July 2012, Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission exempted oil exports from the Yarakta (Yaraktinskoe) oil and gas field from all export duties (Decision 54). 

The exemption was revoked through decisionNo. 110 of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission of 4 October 2016. This provisions of Decision No. 110 enter into force on 2 January 2017.
