Anti-dumping

On 2 September 2016, the Indian Directorate General of Anti-dumping & Allied Duties, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of normal butanol originating in or exported from Saudi Arabia. The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS code subheading: 2905.13.00. The investigation follows the application lodged by The Andhra Petrochemicals Limited.

On 28 November 2017, the Indian authorities terminated the antidumping investigation on imports of the subject good from Saudi Arabia without the imposition of definitive duties.
