Import tariff

According to numerous and consistent press reports, the Saudi government has change import regulations for steel rebar. From January 2010, imports of steel rebar are subject to an import duty of 5 percent. The import duty will not be levied on imports from members of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
