Export ban

Decision No. 481 of the Commission of the Customs Union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan of 18 November 2010 took notice of Kazakhstan's introduction of a temporary export ban for 6 months with respect of: 

  • light distillates and products (code 2710 11), except for special gasolines (codes 2710 11 210 0--2710 11 250 0) and heating oil;
  • kerosene (codes 2710 19 210 0--2710 19 250 0);
  • gas oils (codes 2710 19 410 0--2710 19 490 0).
