Public procurement localisation

In December 2009, the government of Indonesia requires foreign and domestic bidders for energy service contracts to fulfill a local content requirement. As was notified by the Permanent Delegation of Indonesia to the WTO, potential contractors are required to source at least 35 percent of their offering domestically.
