Anti-dumping

On 14 July 2016, the Turkish authorities initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of refined thin and thick copper pipes from Greece (Notification No. 2016/30, 14.07.2016). The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS code subheading: 7411.10.90 and 7411.10.10. The complaint was lodged by Sarkuysan Elektrolitik Bakir Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S.

On 17 October 2017, the Turkish authorities imposed a definitive antidumping duty on imports of the subject good from Greece (Notification 2017/25). The rate of duty is 5% or 9% of the CIF value depending on the company.
