Anti-dumping

On 21 July 2016, the Turkish authorities initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of dioctyl phthalate from the Republic of Korea (Notification No. 2016/25, 21.07.2016). The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS code subheading: 2917.32.00.00.00. The complaint was lodged by Plastay Kimya San. ve Tic.

On 20 October 2017, the Turkish authorities imposed a definitive antidumping duty on imports of the subject good from the Republic of Korea (Notification 2017/23). The rate of duty is 7.99% or 12.57% of the CIF value depending on the company.
