On March 17, 2009, Ukraine initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of halves
and quarters of poultry, including chicken legs and parts thereof originating in the
United States of America and the Federative Republic of Brazil. On March 16, 2010 the Interdepartmental Commission on International Trade of Ukraine decided to extend the anti-dumping investigation for a period of another 6 months due to "new circumstances in the course of investigation.
On October 9, 2010 the Interdepartmental Commission on International Trade issued a decision terminating the anti-dumping investigation without imposing any duties.
