State loan

On 19 May 2016, the Italian Eximbank SACE announced in a press release that it would provide a 10 million EUR credit line for the foreign expansion of the Italian automatic foodservice company IVS Italia.
The company has a presence in France, Spain and Switzerland and plans to use the loan to expand in those countries.
A state measure in the GTA database is assessed solely in terms of the extent to which its implementation affects the extent of discrimination against foreign commercial interests. On this metric, the state aid proposed here is discriminatory.
