Anti-dumping

On 27 April 2016, the European Commission initiated a revised anti-dumping investigation on imports of oxalic acid from China concerning Yuanping Changyuan Chemicals Co. Ltd. The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS codes: ex 2917.11.00. This follows the judgement of the General Court on 20 May 2015 annulling the anti-dumping duties imposed on Yuanping Changyuan Chemicals Co. Ltd. Notably, other companies from India and China are still subject to definitive duties, see related measure.
On 30 November 2016, the European Commission imposed a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of the subject good from Chinese Yuanping Changyuan Chemicals Co. Ltd.
