Export licensing requirement

Effective from 16 May 2016 (according to Decree of the Council of Ministers of Belarus No. 367 of 6 May 2016) Belarus introduced a temporary licensing for 6 months with respect to the exports of certain waste and scrap of paper or paperboard, classified under code 4707.
This measure is to be applied for countries that do not belong to the single customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union. Hence, only such countries must be indicated as affected trading partners.
The validity of this state intervention has been prolonged for a new period of 6 months with Decree No. 918 of 10 November 2016.
