Order No. 3988 of 10 December 2015 of the Ministry of industry and Trade of the Russian Federation that amends Order No. 1809 of 2 July 2015 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation extended the list of high-tech works and services which the state Eximbank of Russia can finance as part of credits for support of the high-tech industry.
 
Concretely, as hi-tech works and services were added, the related to:

• Car manufacturing
• Production of car bodies; production of trailers, semi-trailers and containers for transportation purposes (one or several types of transport)
• Manufacture of parts and accessories of motor vehicles and their engines
• Other machinery for transportation, grading work, planning, scraper work, excavation, tamping, compacting or extracting, self-propelled, for earth, minerals or ores (including bulldozers, shovel excavators and road rollers)
• Machines for excavation and construction
• Equipment for manufacturing of food, beverages and tobacco products
• Vehicles
• Bodies of motor vehicles; trailers and semi-trailers
• Parts and accessories for motor vehicles
• Bicycles and other vehicles without engines
• Wheelchairs, except for parts and accessories
• Motorcycles.
