In April 2009, the government of Turkey initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and a definitive duty was imposed in January 2010. In April 2016, the definitive duty was extended in April 2016 following the conclusion of a sunset review initiated in January 2015.

On April 18, 2009, the Turkish authorities initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of certain tube or pipe fittings of iron or steel from China (Notification 2009/10).
The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS codes: 7307.9100, 7307.9311 and 7307.9319.
The complaint was lodged by Sardogan Endüstri ve Ticaret ve RSA Tesisat Malz. San. ve Tic. A.S.
On January 22, 2010, the Turkish authorities imposed a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain tube or pipe fittings of iron or steel originating in China (Notification 2010/2). The amount of the duty is USD 663 per metric ton.
On January 22, 2015, the Turkish authorities initiated a sunset review of the anti-dumping measure imposed on January 22, 2010 (Notification 2015/2). It follows the application for a review lodged by Sardogan Endüstri ve Ticaret-Mehmet Sardogan and RSA Tesisat Malzemeleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S.
On 20 April 2016, the Turkish authorities extended the anti-dumping duty on imports of the above-mentioned products from China following a sunset review (Notification 2016/13, 20.04.2016). The amount of duty imposed is the same as stated above, i.e. USD 663 per metric ton.
