Anti-dumping

On 6 February 2016, the Turkish authorities initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of concrete pumps and concrete pumping vehicles from China and the Republic of Korea (Communiqué No. 2016/1). The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS code subheading: 8705.90.30 and 8413.40.00. The complaint was lodged by Betonstar Mak. San. ve Tic. A.S.

On 12 July 2017, the Turkish authorities imposed a definitive antidumping duty on imports of the subject good from the Republic of Korea and China (Communiqué No. 2017/18). The rate of duty on imports from the Republic of Korea is 5.10% or 11.63% of the CIF depending on the company. The rate of duty on imports from China is 5.10% or 12.27% of the CIF depending on the company.
