On 16 July 2015, the Greek Health Ministry announced it would ban the re-export of 25 medicinal products. The move came after numerous reports of alleged "re-export abuses" which took advantage of the low prices in Greece.
The ban was lifted on 10 September 2015 and is hence no longer in force.
