Interest payment subsidy

On 17 February 2016 the Government of the Russian Federation approved rules for allocation of federal subsidies concerning the local radio-electronic industry (Decree No. 110).
The subsidies are granted within the framework of the state programme of the Russian Federation "Development of electronic and radio-electronic industry in 2013--2025". The subsidies are to be allocated to Russian organisations ('beneficiaries'). Their purpose is to partially reimburse the payment of beneficiaries' due credit interest rates on loans, obtained from Russian credit organisations and related to projects for creation of infrastructure, inclusive clusters in the sphere of radio-electronics.
The maximum duration of the eligible under this state measure projects must not surpass 5 years. Their maximum projects amount is as follows:

  • Telecommunication equipment - up to 1.5billion RUB (ca. 20 million USD);
  • Computer technology - up to 2.5 billion RUB (ca. 33 million USD);
  • Special technological equipment - up to 2 billion RUB (ca. 26 million USD);
  • Intelligent control system - up to 1 billion RUB (ca. 13 million USD).
