Production subsidy

On 12 November 2015, the Russian Government approved Decree No. 1226. It forms part its "anti-crisis plan". Its purpose is to approve the additional allocation of 4.824 billion Russian Roubles (approximately 74.48 million USD) as a partial compensation of the expenses of a Russian organisation. Specifically, the costs are related to the production of wheeled vehicles, in line with Decree No. 244/18 March 2015 of the Government of the Russian Federation.
Additionally, Decree No. 1226 approves the allocation of 1 billion Russian Roubles (approximately 15.44 million USD) for car leasing under beneficial conditions in line with Decree No. 451/8 May 2015 of the Government of the Russian Federation.
The GTA includes state guarantees and other financial incentives that are likely to affect the restructuring and performance of firms facing international competition, whether from imports, in export markets, and from foreign subsidiaries.
