Import tariff

On 15 September 2015, the government of Argentina via Resolution 3799 updated the list of "criterion values" (valores criterio de carácter preventivo) for imports of of data processing machines (HS Code 8471).
 

This updated list of "criterion values"corresponds to a FOB value of USD 3.00 to USD 8.50 per unit. The previous import criterion values for these respective productscorresponded to a range of FOB values from USD 3.30 to USD 5.40 per unit.
 
The references applies to imports from the following countries: China, Democratic People Republic of Korea, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan, Pakistan, Republic of Korea, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Viet Nam.
 
Following the GTA de minimis rule, only trading partners with exports to Argentina exceeding USD 1 million are listed as affected.
