Export licensing requirement

On 5 October 2015 Resolution No. 773 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 30 September 2015 was officially published. It has abolished the licensing for exports of some ferrous metals (iron zinc alloy, ferronickel, ferrotitanium, refined copper, cathodes and sections of cathodes, rods, bars and profiles made of copper, copper pipes and tubes, secondary aluminum alloys in ingots or liquid state, aluminium products and raw lead) introduced by Annex No. 5 of Resolution No. 1 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 1 January 2015.
