FDI: Entry and ownership rule

 On 30 June 2012 the Turkish official gazette (resmi gazete) published decree 6335 encompassing an amendment of the new Turkish Commercial Code no. 6102. Under the changed rules, limited liability companies established under Turkish law no longer need to have at least one Turkish resident on their management board (former Article 628 of TCC 6102).
