Import tariff

On 18 May 2021, the Eurasian Economic Union announced a temporary waiver of import duty on silicon classified under codes 2804 61 000 0 and 2804 69 000 0 of the EAEU tariff nomenclature. 

The waiver of the statutory 5% import duty is in force between 17 June 2021 and 1 January 2022.
