With Decree No. 330 of 15 April 2014 the Russian Government has approved a new edition of the state programme "Development of the Foreign Economic Activity" (2013--2018) which increases the state subsidies with 17 billion RUB (ca. 472.37 million USD as of 15 April 2014).
Decree No. 330 introduces also technical amendments: it updates the volumes of the planned to be allocated till 2018 state subsidies unter the 6 sub-programmes of the previous edition of the state programme (Order No. 378 of 18 March 2013):

  • sub-programme 1: "Implementation of priority directions of foreign economic activity in the process of international economic cooperation";
  • sub-programme 2: "Formation of the Eurasian Economic Union";
  • sub-programme 3: "Development of the national system of support of the development of foreign trade activities";

Since Decree No. 330 of 15 April 2014 abolishes Order No. 378 of 18 March 2013, the GTA reports it as a separate case.

The GTA includes state guarantees and other financial incentives that are likely to affect the restructuring and performance of firms facing international competition, whether from imports, in export markets, and from foreign subsidiaries.
