Trade finance

In May 2016, the Italian Eximbank established a new incentive for exports to Argentina.
On 17 May 2016, the Italian Eximbank SACE announced it would provide 700 million EUR to finance Italian exports of goods and services to Argentina.
The export subsidy agreement comes during a state visit of the Italian Minister for Economic Development in Latin America. At the same time, a collaboration agreement with the Argentinian Banco de la Nacion was signed to provide short- and medium-term loans for exports of Italian SMEs to Argentina.
