On 5 December 2014 the Government of Kazakhstan approved Decree No. 1276. It constitutes a joint action plan between the Government of Kazakhstan and the National Bank of Kazakhstan for financing of (1) small and medium enterprises, and (2) large enterprises, both of which operate in the processing industry.

Parameters of the state-supported credits of small and medium enterprises that operate in the processing industry and provide related services thereof

  • Limit of the financing (per single beneficiary): 1.85 billion tenge (ca. 9.99 million USD)
  • Credit contract maturity: 10 years
  • Credit fee: not more than 6% p.a.
  • Currency: tenge

  • Textiles manufacturing
