Anti-dumping

On 18 August 2020, the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of wine in containers holding a maximum of two litres from Australia. The products subject to investigation are classified under HS code subheading 2204.21.00. This investigation follows the application lodged by the Wine Industry Association of China.
