Anti-dumping

On October 31, 2019, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) issued its order regarding the expiry review on Hot-Rolled Carbon Steel Plate and High-strength Low-Alloy Steel Plate originating in or exported from Bulgaria, the Czech Republic and Romania. The CITT determined that the dumping of the above-mentioned goods would continue to cause injury to the Canadian domestic industry, as such the order will continue without amendment.
