Anti-subsidy

On March 12, 2019 the U.S. International Trade Commission determined that revoking the existing antidumping and countervailing duty orders on imports of certain pasta from Italy and Turkey would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result of these affirmative determinations, the existing antidumping and countervailing duty orders on imports of this product from Italy and Turkey will remain in place.
