The Chinese Ministry of Commerce's yearly 'dual-use goods' catalogue also shows which exported goods require a specific licence, due to their 'dual-use' classification, meaning that they are considered able to be used for both civilian and military purposes.
The 2013 catalogue saw four items removed from the list of exports requiring a licence.
