ANNOUNCED AS TEMPORARYNo
Export licensing requirement
The annually-released Chinese Ministry of Commerce 'dual-use goods' catalogue also shows which exported goods require a specific license, due to their 'dual-use' classification.
This means that the Chinese government considers such items able to be used for both civilian and military purposes.
Compared to the previous year's edition, 2010 saw three export products removed from the list of those subject to this licensing.
The scheme was started in 2005.
