ANNOUNCED AS TEMPORARYNo
Import licensing requirement
In December 2012, the Chinese government published a catalogue of goods classified as 'dual-use'.
This indicates said goods are considered by the Chinese government to be usable for both civilian and military purposes, requiring a special license for import or export.
This iteration of the catalogue saw one item removed from the list of imports requiring a licence.
