State loan

On 25 October 2018, the BNDES announced the allocation of BRL 388.4 million (over USD 105.2 million at the time of the announcement) to the Brazilian retail software company Linx. The objective of the resources is to finance the three-year investment plan of the firm that encloses R&D, training, marketing and multiple social actions.

The total investment of the project is expected to reach BRL 485.5 million (over USD 131.5 million) from which 80% of the resources will be provided by the BNDES. 

In the past, both institutions have collaborated financially. In this sense, between 2012 and 2017, Linx has received a total of BRL 370 million (over 100 million) from the BNDES.
