General Resolution 3299/2012 adopted by the Federal Administration for Public Revenue of Argentina on April 4, 2012, also eliminated the application of reference prices set on certain types of yar of artificial staple fibres originating in Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Lao, Myanmar and Sri Lanka.

The products subject to this measure are classified under the following tariff lines of the MERCOSUR's Harmonized System: 5510.11.00, 5510.30.00 and 5510.90.00. In the cases of NCM 5510.11.00 and 5510.30.00, the previously applicable reference prices were set at a FOB value ranging between USD 2.79 and USD 4.16 per kilogramme. As for NCM 5510.90.00, the import criterion value was set at a FOB value of USD 4.26 per kilogramme. 

These reference prices will enter into force on April 5, 2012.
