Regulation 58/M-DAG/PER/12/2010 also adds - compared to previous regulations - the obligation that products classified under HS codes 8901, 8902, 8903, 8904, and 8905 aged more than 20 years will require a recommendation from the Ministry of Industry.

The regulation came into force on 1 January 2011.
