On 24 July 2018, the Federal Public Revenue Administration of Argentina adopted General Resolution 4281/2018 establishing criterion values for imports of certain cereal-based products classified under tariff subheadings NCM 1904.10.00 and 1904.90.00. 

In the case of NCM 1904.10.00, the established reference prices corresponded to a FOB value USD 1.91 per kilogram, and it affects the following countries: Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Uruguay, Canada, United States of America and Mexico.

As for NCM 1904.90.00, the FOB value established was USD 4.69 per kilogram, affecting only products originating in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, and Uruguay.

This measure entered into force on 26 July 2018.
